Beach

Tanjung Lesung. Tanjung Lesung Beach is located in the west of Pandenglang District, Banten Province. This 150-ha-beach was officially open for public visit in January 1998. The Banten Provincial Government has committed to develop Tanjung Lesung Beach into a worth visiting marine tourist destination in Indonesia. Numerous supporting facilities have been provided for the visitors; thus improves your holiday’s comfort.

Anyer Beach. Anyer Beach offers beautifully magnificent view for you. The blue skies are the roof for the blue sea, and its white sands spread along the coast line. Its water is clean and clear, and the wave is fairly high so that many fishes live there. Likewise, you can see the wonderful view of sunset and sunrise. You can have some activities on Anyer Beach. You can have beach volley ball, football above the beach sand, diving, surfing, swimming, or just hanging around the location.

Parai Beach. This beach is one of Bangka Island’s prides. The beach is located in Sungailiat district. The visitors can find various forms of boulders in this beach, which add its beauty. This beach is very ideal for having swimming, sun bathing and relax. Parai Tenggiri beach has the complete facilities in Bangka Island.

Matras Beach. It is located in Sinar baru village, Sungailiat district in eastern of Bangka Island. It about 9 Km from Sungailiat, it's considered as the best in Bangka Island. The beach is about 3 kilometers long and its width is almost 30 meters. It is unspoiled white sandy beach with coconut trees around the beach area, the tropical breeze and sunshine.

Romodong Beach. Romodong beach is located at Bukit Ketok village, Belinyu district, Bangka regency. This beach is about 77 km of Sungailiat town. In this beach, the tourists can watch the sunset, because this beach is faced to west side. The length of this beach is about 4 km; it is slope, white sandy and soft. Its water is very clear like a crystal. Enjoy the beautiful of Romodong. When it low tide, you can walk in the water until in the middle of clear sea.

Penyusuk Beach. Penyusuk Beach is located in Penyusuk village, Belinyu district. The location is not far from Romodong beach, but it offers different nuance than Romodong. It is natural and slope beach. It decorated with colorful of stones. Many stones that compact stand with its bigger waves than Romodong is fenced Penyusuk Beach. Romodong and Penyusuk have different beautiful, but both have great charm.

Sundak Beach. Sundak Beach does not only have enchanting natural view but it also keeps story. The name Sundak turns to experience evolution of which evidences can be traced geologically.

In order to know its evolution, visitors must know first the condition the sea sides of Sundak Beach in the past and at present time. At the west side of the beach there is a mosque and a vacant space that is now utilized as a parking area. On the east side, there is a cave made of coral reef as high as around 12 meters. Entering the cave, there is a spring from which local people get fresh water.

Kuta Beach. Getting Anil out of bed and down to the beach was a success as far I as I am concerned. None of us had a rash vest or even a block of wax, but you know sometimes the best way to learn is to get in there with very basic equipment and figure it out.

Senggigi Beach. Senggigi is the most developed area for tourists on Lombok. You can find a variety of restaurants, bars, discotheques, travel agents, photo processors, money changers, souvenir shop and a range of accommodations starting from budget guest house to 5 star hotels. Restaurants and small cafes line the colorful main beach road. Swimming off the beach is safe.

Trikora Beach. Until around 2000, the only tourist activity along Bintan's east coast was at Trikora beach, a popular hang-out for local visitors from Tanjung Pinang as well as foreign back-packers. Since then, the back-packer scene has largely given way to larger developments and other tourist destinations that have popped up along the east coast (see below).
